Embark on a bloomin’ beautiful journey of seasonal sips as Sakura Season lands in London! Head for our award-winning parlour of cocktail bars this May, as we host our Sakura [Cherry Blossom] inspired Spring specials menu.

Inspired by the ornamental blossom tree and the awakening of the transient seasons, we’ve partnered with leading industry Sake brand, Akashi-Tai,
to host a two week special cocktail menu this month, ending with an exclusive Sake Tasting Experience on the 29th May.

Our trio of Sake infused specials brings a sense of vitality and vibrancy to juxtapose our dark and mysterious parlour of speakeasy style drinking dens, while offering an array of new sips to savour. Book a table in advance to experience our limited specials menu, or try for a walk-in on the day.


Sakura Specials Menu

  • Akashi-Tai Honjozo Genshu Tokubetsu sake, Mujen Ai Lite Rice Shochu, Quaglia Chamomile liqueur, Bristol Simple syrup, Supasawa, Yuzu pearls.

  • Akashi-Tai Umeshu liqueur, Hyogo 135 Degree East Dry gin, Fortunella Golden Orange liqueur, Paragon Palo Santo cordial, Soda water, Boba pearls.

  • Akashi-Tai Yuzushu sake, Hatozaki Blended whisky, Song Cha Lapsang Souchong Distilled Tea spirit, Bristol Simple syrup, Miraculous Foamer, Angostura bitter.
