Buffalo Trace Distillery in Covent Garden has opened, and we’ve crafted a menu of three of the finest classic whisky cocktails using our very own
Opium Select Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Bourbon.

What To Expect From Our Barrel #0025;
Balanced with nuttiness, toffee, and a sweet complexity, the hints of dried berry fruits, and a faint shade of pepper provide a mouth-watering aroma on the nose. Buttery and very rum-like to taste, expect candy floss sweetness and caramel richness on the palate.
A long and rich finish, with hints of exotic spices combined with Demerara for sweetness.
